
V-split Orange wedge, separated with a skewered maraschino cherry.
Shake over ice everything except the tonic water until your tins are quite frozen to the touch. Proceed to strain the ice and dry shake to homogenize the egg white. Serve into a glass filled with ice and top up with tonic.
