
Honeycombs Tuile Recipe : - Water 80ml - Sunflower Oil 50 ml - Honey 20ml - Flour 48g - Icing Sugar 12g Blend all ingredients until having a smooth paste. Spread in a Honeycomb mold. Bake at 170° C for 7min (depends on your oven).
Infuse 10 g Green tea (here Sakura (Cherry blossom) White tea from "Mariage Frères") for 250 ml for 3 / 4 minutes, ideally at 75°C - 170°F and let it cool down.
