Serve in a

Copa glass

Garnish:

1 nice wedge of kiwi, between 2 wedges of fresh cucumber on a toothpick/cocktail-stick. Place the garnish inside, across the edge of the glass.

How to make:

Fill Copa glass with ice.
Add Gin, Lemon juice, Mint suryp, Kiwi puree and lots of cucumber in a blender along with ice.
While blending, prepare your garnish; 1 nice wedge of kiwi, between 2 wedges of fresh cucumber on a toothpick/cocktail-stick.
Remove ice from the glass, and pour the blended mix in. Top with sprite and place the garnish inside, across the edge of the glass.

1 1/3 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2/3 fl oz Green mint (menthe verte)/Peppermint syrup
1 fl oz Kiwi fruit puree
10 gram Cucumber (fresh)
3 fl oz Lemon-lime soda (Sprite/7-Up)
