
Coconut sugar - straight line dusting on outside of glass. Juice from a lime wedge used as adhesive.
1- Garnish glass.Chill glassware. Add 2-3 ice cubes to your glass (depending on the size of the glass).
2- Handblend/Dry Shake first 5 ingredients.
3- Shake with ice for around 1 minute. Strain into shaker.
4- Pour soda and mixture simultaneously until glass is around 3/4 full.
5- Leave to sit for 2 minutes approx (in fridge or freezer preferably).
6- Add a small dash of soda to what remains in your shaker.
7- Poke hole in the centre of the foam with straw and pour remaining mix into the glass.
