Garnish:

Single curry leave on the top of the cocktail.

How to make:

Take 3 Curry leaves muddle it in a shaker, add lime juice 25ml, add sugar syrup 10ml, add elderflower syrup 10ml, add Hayman's Gin 60ml shake it strain it into Collins glass with full of ice, top up with soda, add Butterfly pea flower dried 1 3/4 into water and used that for layering with a bar spoon for making a layer and garnish it with a Single Curry leave.

2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
34 leaf Curry leaf
1/3 fl oz Monin Elderflower syrup
1/3 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
5/6 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Top up with Soda (club soda) water
1 34 barspoon Dried Butterfly Pea Flowers
