Orchard Cooler

Serve in a

Goblet glass

Garnish:

Mint sprig (optional)

How to make:

Lightly muddle mint leaves (just to bruise) in base of a shaker with gin.
Add limoncello, lemon juice and shake with ice.
Fine strain into a cocktail goblet glass (>10 oz) filled with ice.
Top with cucumber tonic.

1 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
1 1/4 fl oz Gin
5 unit Mint leaves
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 1/2 fl oz Cucumber tonic water
