Unlike most other fine strainers, the Coco Strainer was designed specifically for cocktails and has slighter larger holes in its mesh than is typical of tea strainers and chef's fine strainers so works well when straining thick creamy drinks and even strawberry pulp.
The large 90mm diameter and conical shape make this strainer large enough to strain most cocktails in a single pour.
