Appearance:
Clear, golden amber with burnished copper tints.
Aroma:
Tonka bean - nutty caramel and vanilla.
Taste:
Caramel, vanilla and burnt butter.
Aftertaste:
Long. Caramel, tonka bean and vanilla.
Overall:
Very reminiscent of tonka bean, this syrup mixes well with dark spirit-based cocktails, coffee and milkshakes.
