Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
50 ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
20 ml Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
20 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
30 ml Lapsang Souchong tea (cold)
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
30 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
