15 ml | Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water) |
30 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
45 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
22.5 ml | Bumbu The Original Rum |
22.5 ml | Licor 43 Original liqueur |
30 ml | Egg white |
