Ingredients:
2 fresh Basil leaves torn
1 fl oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
34 fl oz Cynar or other carciofo amaro
1 12 fl oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
1 fl oz Green tea (cold)
12 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
14 fl oz Honey sugar syrup
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of basil leaf.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Review:

Green and herbal to the extent of almost being healthy. Bitter sweet and fruity.
