Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
15 ml Heering Cherry Liqueur
45 ml Evan Williams Bottled-In-Bond
10 ml Mozart Dark Chocolate liqueur
15 ml Port Charlotte Scottish Barley
15 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
