Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
30 ml Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
30 ml Sazerac Straight Rye
30 ml Exprè Caffè Italiano or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee)
30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Egg white
7.5 ml Maple syrup
