| 30 ml | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 30 ml | Sazerac Straight Rye |
| 30 ml | Exprè Caffè Italiano or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee) |
| 30 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 15 ml | Egg white |
| 7.5 ml | Maple syrup |
