Serve in a Sour or Martini/Coupette glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Kummel liqueur
12 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
1 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Sour or Martini/Coupette glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered lemon slice wheel and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry sail. (Skewer through either side of lemon with cherry skewered in the centre.)
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with skewered lemon slice wheel and maraschino cherry (sail).

Yummy! I usually don’t especially enjoy the Kümmel liquor but it’s pretty delicious in this libation.

I taste nothing but Maraschino and lemon. Should the Kummel be increased?
