1/2 fl oz | Giffard Peppermint Pastille crème de menthe |
1/4 fl oz | Kummel liqueur |
1/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
3 dash | Peach bitters |
1/3 fl oz | Chilled water (omit if using wet ice) |

How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
- Prepare mint sprigs for garnish.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.

GREEN DRAGON COCKTAIL.

⅛ Lemon Juice.
⅛ Kummel.
¼ Green Mint.
½ Dry Gin.
4 Dashes Peach Bitters.
Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
