Martini glass
Ingredients:
2 fl oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1/2 fl oz Giffard Peppermint Pastille crème de menthe
1/4 fl oz Kummel liqueur
1/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 dash Peach bitters
1/3 fl oz Chilled water (omit if using wet ice)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare mint sprigs for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.

Mint, juniper, caraway and fennel make for an unusual cocktail that's conducive to fresh breath.

GREEN DRAGON COCKTAIL.
⅛ Lemon Juice.
⅛ Kummel.
¼ Green Mint.
½ Dry Gin.
4 Dashes Peach Bitters.
Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
