2 oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
1⁄2 oz | Giffard Peppermint Pastille crème de menthe |
1⁄4 oz | Kummel liqueur |
1⁄4 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
3 dash | Peach bitters |
1⁄3 oz | Chilled water omit if using wet ice |

⅛ Lemon Juice.
⅛ Kummel.
¼ Green Mint.
½ Dry Gin.
4 Dashes Peach Bitters.
Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
