Ingredients:
1 16 fl oz Italian red bitter liqueur
1 16 fl oz Akashi-Tai Junmai Daiginjo Genshu sake
1 16 fl oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
3 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

First I was sceptic about this, but actually it was surprisingly good. Even though I used some budget Sake, Garrone Extra dry and Campari, I’m impressed with the result.

I am running out of sake soon, so I’ll come back for another round once I get a decent one ;)
