1 1⁄2 oz | Bacardi 8 year old rum |
1⁄2 oz | Amaro Montenegro |
1⁄2 oz | Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur |
1⁄2 oz | Pineapple juice |
Garnish: Lemon zest twist
Muddle lemon wedge in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
