Apple brandy, pineapple and orange with a hint of cinnamon and a blast of berry fruit. Sounds sweet and fruity but this cocktail is spirituous and complex.

While the cocktail is undoubtably good, I feel that the Framboise de Ronce is a bit overdominant - but I expected a calavdos enclined drink so it may be on me.
I would perhaps go 1cl of Orange Juice and 0.75 of Ronce to see if it balances out better (and avoid the sugar wich is a bit high).
