Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 13 fl oz Vanilla flavoured vodka
13 fl oz Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack
56 fl oz Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee)
13 fl oz Monin Cinnamon Syrup
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.

Made it for Easter Sunday and it was delicious. To up it another level, next time I think I’ll do 5ml of the cinnamon syrup and top it up with 5ml ginger syrup and add a few dashes of orange bitters.

If you're short of cinnamon roll syrup brew the espresso onto s stick of cinnamon and use sugar syrup. Well worth taking the trouble of crossing a couple of flat skewers to get the cross

Cracking cocktail well done whoever created this. My wife adores it, I reduced the amount of nutmeg sprinkled on top as it is such a strong flavour

Whoever created this deserves some praise. I avoided the nutmeg - don't like things floating in my drink.
