| 1 fl oz | Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight) |
| 1 1⁄2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 3 1⁄2 fl oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water |

Serve in a Collins glass
STIR (7 spoons of) honey with lime juice in base of shaker until honey dissolves. SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda.
