25 ml | Giffard Lichi Li |
40 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
25 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
30 ml | Egg white |
1 inch | Lemongrass stem |
1 cupful | Mint leaves |
8 dash | Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters |
Top up with | Schweppes Russchian Pink Soda |
