30 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
5 ml | Mozart Dark Chocolate liqueur |
10 ml | Condensed milk |
3 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
1 whole | Egg (white & yolk) |
15 ml | Lustau San Emilio Pedro Ximénez Sherry |
10 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
