20 ml | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
40 ml | Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack |
20 ml | Lustau Oloroso Don Nuño Sherry |
30 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄8 cupful | Powdered sugar (white sugar ground in mortar and pestle) |
50 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
