10 ml | Rhum Clément Select Barrel |
30 ml | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
10 ml | Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur |
10 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
15 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
0.3 ml | Bob's Grapefruit Bitters |
30 ml | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
