7.5 ml | Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water) |
0.9 ml | 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
15 ml | Cockburn's Tawny Eyes Port |
30 ml | Bourbon whiskey |
30 ml | Oat milk / oatmeal water |
30 ml | Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac |
