Glass:

Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
1 oz Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur
12 oz Italian red bitter liqueur
1 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Monin Vanilla Syrup
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare pink grapefruit zest for garnish.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Express pink grapefruit zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Absolutely fantastic. Rich, complex, and easy to drink. I used a vanilla extract wash instead of Monin vanilla syrup, I don't know if that significantly changed the drink. Highly recommend.
