How to make:
SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with soda water.

|3/4 fl oz||Novo Fogo Silver cachaça|
|3/4 fl oz||Bison grass vodka|
|3/4 fl oz||Manzanilla sherry|
|1/2 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/2 fl oz||Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup)|
|1 fl oz||Soda (club soda) water|
Cachaça, Bison Grass vodka and manzanilla sherry combine harmoniously and are freshened with mint and lime in this refreshing cocktail.
