Ingredients:
34 oz Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
34 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
34 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Quince Liqueur
16 oz Poire William eau-de-vie
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
112 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) optional
3 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of pear wedge.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with pear wedge on rim.

Review:

Pear delicately influences this two rum Daquiri in the form of poire william eau de vie. If you prefer your Daiquiris on the tart side, and depending on your limes, then omit the sugar syrup.
