Thyme sprig & metal straw
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
*Special ingredient #1: Thyme syrup made infusing 20-30g fresh thyme with 1 litre hot water for around 10 mins, then mixed with 1 kg white sugar.
|1 2⁄3 fl oz||Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum|
|5⁄6 fl oz||*Special ingredient #1 (see above)|
|5⁄6 fl oz||Freshly squeezed lime juice|
|1⁄6 fl oz||Fernet Branca|
|2 dash||Angostura or other aromatic bitters|
|Top up with||Thomas Henry Soda Water|
Thyme and Fernet Branca add herbal and medicinal notes this this long, cleansing cocktail.
