Wine glass...
1⅔ fl oz Caorunn Small Batch Scottish Gin
fl oz *Special ingredient #1 (see below)
fl oz Runny honey
2 dash Angostura Orange Bitters
1⅔ fl oz Tonic water

How to make:

SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into chilled glass (no ice). TOP with tonic water.

Special ingredient #1: Homemade sour mix (30ml / 1oz fresh lemon, 30ml / 1oz fresh lime, 30ml / 1oz orange blossom water & 1 fresh egg white)
