1 2⁄3 oz | Caorunn Gin |
5⁄6 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
2⁄3 oz | Pink grapefruit (pamplemousse rose) syrup |
4 drop | Bob's Lavender Bitters |
1⁄2 oz | Egg white |
Garnish: Cucumber peel on stick
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
