fl oz Caorunn Small Batch Scottish Gin
2 spoon Blackberry jam
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ fl oz Egg white
1 fl oz Budweiser Budvar Pilsner

How to make:

ADD all ingredients to shaker and stir to ensure jam dissolved. SHAKE with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
