Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
6 fresh Green grapes (seedless)
1 13 oz Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc)
13 oz Giffard Crème de Pêche de Vigne liqueur
8 fresh Mint leaves
13 oz Amaro Montenegro
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.

How to make:

  1. Squeeze grapes to yield 20ml juice and SWIZZLE this with next 3 ingredients in glass half filled with crushed ice.
  2. Fill glass with more crushed ice.
  3. FLOAT amaro.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.

Added 5ml of lime juice just to freshen it up a bit and it certainly helped. After that it's a fresh, bitter cocktail with a nice fruitiness. None of the ingredients are dominating but all get to shine.
