Ingredients:
1 oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
1 12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
3 12 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Lime wedge

How to make:

STIR (7 spoons of) honey with lime juice in base of shaker until honey dissolves. SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda.

The calories for this cocktail seem to be not realistic.

Our calculator was struggling with 7 spoons of honey so I have changed to a volume measure. Hopefully, the calories are now more realistic.
