Glass:

Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
34 oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
34 oz Liquore Strega
34 oz Aromatized wine (e.g. Lillet Blanc) chilled
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 dash La Fée Parisienne absinthe
3 drop Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of green olive.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with skewered olive.

Delicious. I'm sure that the witches, murmuring "hubble, bubble, toil and trouble", would approve of the dashes of Absinthe.

I didn't have any strega so used some genepi but although I have a very dry pallet but this needed some balance and I ended up adding about 5ml Maraschino.
Think I might have been better starting with some chartreuse jaune rather than the maraschino.
