Serve in a Coupe glass
| 3⁄4 oz | Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal |
| 3⁄4 oz | Liquore Strega |
| 3⁄4 oz | Aromatized wine (e.g. Lillet Blanc) chilled |
| 3⁄4 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2 dash | La Fée Parisienne absinthe |
| 3 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of Fragata Green Olive.
How to make:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with skewered olive.
