Ingredients: 30 ml Whiskey - Habenero-infused bourbon whiskey; 20 ml Whisky - Mexican corn whisky; 10 ml Sherry - Fino; 5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed); 2.5 ml Chili liqueur; 2.5 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' 2 sugar to 1 water; 15 ml Pasteurised egg white (or aquafaba)

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into ice-filled glass.

1/3 fl oz	Fino sherry
1/6 fl oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/12 fl oz	Chili liqueur
