Effected by the quality of the coffee that you use. But, Simon's recipe is my favourite iteration of this drink - a wonderful pick me up to take you into the evening, and more tasty than an [*ish] coffee after a fine dinner - delicious!

Used kahlua. It was fine. Reduce your coffee shot water to approximate two ounces. It was sweet enough with no added sugar.

I use (as per recipe above) 1oz (30ml) espresso plus crema so not so far off your 2oz.

Substituted 1cl of Kahlua with 1cl of simple syrup, the wife liked it.

This was absolutely delicious and perfect for our "Driveways at Dawn" support for our Anzacs. We might need to make it a tradition every year!
