Very delightful and flavourful cocktail. Used a high-end organic marmalade. Did use dry curaçao and a few drops of orange bitters to lessens the sweetness. Wonderful

Grand Marnier better layers orange flavours with marmalade than Cointreau. There is no ‘measures and measuring’ under the recipe.

"Measures and measuring" appears directly under the "oz, ml, shot, cl" in every recipe. To be honest, it would be perhaps better if on the same line.

Can someone tell me what a ‘spoon’ measure is? I’m assuming tablespoon but maybe in the US it’s different

Very nice, I used a little more generous amount of Apricot preserves. The orange zest is important and really sets it off. Lovely Tini, "Cheers"

For those wondering, I'd recommend a full table spoon of marmalade, not just the bar spoon I initially used. Needs the punch!
