Breakfast Martini
The success or failure of this tangy drink is partly reliant on the quality of marmalade used. For ease of use, choose "fine cut" or even "no peel"/"shredless"...

So delicious. I mixed it up with a spiced gin and a marmalade liqueur, and only a drop of marmalade for the sweetness. Mmmmmmm!

It’s a Parisian two-piece shaker and you can buy Salvatore’s shaker at UrbanBar.com. Search for “Calabrese Stainless Steel Cocktail Shaker 90cl”

A classic cocktail, so simple to make and demonstrated by the man himself. Great point about the importance of using a good quality marmalade.
