Very tasty! The mint/chartreuse create a fresh and lively herbal that layers onto the sweetness of the elderflower wonderfully.

7.5ml of yellow chartreuse comes through, but so I might cut back a bit on the Elderflower liqueur next time I make it.

Agreed! I've cut elderflower liqueur back to 25ml but I really liked it with as little as 20ml.
