I loved this drink but agree there is an abundance of mint. For me, I think it was because on the initial nose from the mint garnish, so next time I will just cut back on the garnish.

I'm going to be 50 in 2 hours. This drink is a worthy partner to say goodbye to my 40's.

Delightfully springy drink. I used ketel one grapefruit & rose and green chartruese - really brought the floral notes. Added to favorites.

My mint plant was water logged after a very wet winter in Vancouver, so I used Ketel One Mint & Cumber vodka (20 mL) with plain vodka (25 mL). It worked out well.

Very tasty! The mint/chartreuse create a fresh and lively herbal that layers onto the sweetness of the elderflower wonderfully.

7.5ml of yellow chartreuse comes through, but so I might cut back a bit on the Elderflower liqueur next time I make it.

Agreed! I've cut elderflower liqueur back to 25ml but I really liked it with as little as 20ml.
