Amazing. I made it with gin mare (heavy pour) , used the sirup from my lemon confits with vanilla bean infusion (7.5ml) and did a campari rinse.

Introduced to this delicious drink at a very good little craft cocktail bar in Verona, Italy (Archivio). Loved it! Recipe provided was same but for 1/2 simple syrup. Looking forward to sharing when we return home. A winner!

For me, better than the Paper Plane.

I used to drink my Cynar with grapefruit, until I discovered bright and shiny citrus punch of the Too Soon -the orange /lemon combo really are the perfect foil for Cynar (tho I prefer using more orange and less simple syrup) Now I’m completely hooked, this is one of those cocktails that’s so much more than the sum of its parts

Also great with wild turkey bourbon instead of the gin
