How to make:

Place 2 thin orange slices in shaker (no need to muddle). Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

2 slice Orange (fresh fruit)
1 fl oz Rutte Dry Gin
1 fl oz Cynar or other carciofo amaro
3/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/3 fl oz Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup)
