LOVE THIS!! I did add an extra 5ml of grapefruit juice and Campari because I love the bitter. It's delicious on a warm night!
just the right amount of spice and sweet. not much bitter but enough that you get it in the back of your throat. a definite make again.

This is a little on the sweet side for me. Next time maybe I’ll switch out the aperol for Campari. Do love the muddled cucumber though

I love negronis and all negroni riffs. this doesn't disappoint but I don't love the chocolate bitters.
I think Campari would have been a better fit. the Aperol and benedictine combination is too sweet.
