I used Avallen Calvados, Simply Apple juice, & Monin Cinnamon syrup and it turned out perfectly. Not overly sweet. Apple flavors, strong cinnamon, and a nice tart/dryness on the back-end.

Prefer with pear juice. More balanced acidity.

A very nice, fall season cocktail. The apple flavor is very prominent throughout, then switches to a slight sweetness and finishes with a slight dryness. One of my favorite fall cocktails so far.

Made with Busnel VSOP and switched cinnamon syrup for caramel syrup, but also added a 1/2 barspoon of my homemade cinnamon spice bourbon (it's heavily spiced). Also switched the aromatic bitters for spiced apple bitters from Dashfire. All in all a very pleasant drink for an October night.
