This has become a complete favoutite. I ran out of ice this last timr, so I used frozen berries to cool the drink and the extra juicy tartness really added a nice element.

Surprised as the rest of us how well this works. Made it with El Tesoro Reposado tequila instead of mezcal and it was even more popular!

Made this for the first time last night and enjoyed it much more than I thought I would! Probably even better than the Last Word!

While seeking a way to use up my yellow chartreuse I found this little gem. Simple & quick to make and tastes great. Loved it.

Tried with Casamigos Mezcal. A delightfully confusing combination of spirits, resulting in one of my personal favourite cocktails.

I love this cocktail, as it's a balance that doesn't look like it should work when you read it, but it most definitely does in the glass! This cocktail was created as a riff on Sam Ross' modern classic, The Paper Plane (which itself was a riff on the Last Word.) I just wanted to mention that here for the sake of credit being given where due. :)

One of the top concoctions highlighting the pleasures of yellow Chartreuse. Less sweet (surprisingly) than its wonderful green Chartreuse cousin, Last Word.

liked, but a bit sweet. wonder what a bit of bitters would do for it
