Salers was not hitting the mark for me here. Probably the most exposed the Salers has ever been when subbing for Suze. Despite this, very tasty drink. I will make again with Suze. But the expression of the Salers here made me want to next sub it for Cocchi Americano in a Corpse Reviver #2. Something I'm surprised I've yet to do...

Great balance in the triangle of flavors with this one. Simple and delicious!

Oh yes! Much preferred this to the Jersey Dancers.
The combination seemed to tame the elements so they all play nicely together.
Lemon forward, but then the gin (Tanq 10) and Suze combine into something new and floral.
A Must for anyone with a bottle of Big Suze.

I really like this, simple but tasty, great balance of sharp, bitter and sweet. I’m a big fan of bitters, including suze/gentian.
