kirkland irish | kirkland spiced | super lemon 2 ... didnt like it, tangy and flat.

Accidentally switched the rum and bourbon proportions but it still worked really well.

Made this as happened to have all the doings, including the pink pigeon (which if you haven’t had it is delicious) and was not disappointed. Well balanced, little bit zesty. Definitely a new fave.

So. It's January in the North East and the central heating has failed and the wife says "Is there anything suitable for a winter's night in this book?" And yes this really hits the spot.

Excellent !!! Add a dash of bitters to spice it up ;)
