I quite like this one. Expected more Trinidad Sour vibes going in, but the pineapple and genever herbality poke out enough. Not sure in which direction I'd take it if I wanted to eke out more dynamics. Might be best to leave as is.

Interesting. Balanced and smooth but I'm mostly just getting...blackcurrant? Maybe some redcurrant? That kind of tart summer fruit.
