I don't really like/understand Amaretto, but the Campari balances it out nicely. Next time I might amp up the Campari a bit. Nice evening sipper for sure.

Sipping this right now. Very nice indeed as I love Amaretto. I used a big ice ball in a rather large old fashioned glase but it was too much liquid, so had a top up. Ice cubes would have been better, the moulds I have here are too big I must say. I used Aperol as I didn't know what to expect and if I make this again I would use Campari.

Very sweet, but still something I would drink from time to time.

Went through this one twice, once with the original and once with 20 ml campari. Really liked the second version, maybe because my passionfruit syrup was a bit sweeter? Either way, great drink.

Liked this very much. Reminds me of a Jungle Bird somewhat, with a little sour in there.

A sweet cocktail but should be great for entertaining. Tried adding more campari as someone else said but personally preferred it as per original recipe. May try adding more lemon juice next time

A perfect evening cocktail. I raised up Campari to 15 ml and found it very well balanced.

Loved this with lemon juice. Tastes great with lime juice also.

This is so... wild! Ingredients look like wouldn't match but overall taste is very.. coherent and original. I think 4/5 is really accurate :)

Delicious - gets on my “short list” to repeat

This has turned into a favorite. I up the Campari a tad to counteract some sweetness.

I didn't use cranberry bitters, and I use home-made passion fruit syrup (1:1). It is a bit too sweet for my taste, but still a good cocktail with Disaronno. I would consider to add one dash of orange bitters next time.

Instead of passion fruit syrup I used St. Germain, and it fits very nicely with this recipe. I'll have to track down some passion fruit!

This is delicious! I went to 1/4oz on the syrup since I always find the sweetness of this particular one a bit too much. Was spot on ????

I'm not actually sure what I think of this. The passion fruit syrup was a bit dominant. Will try it again another day and see what I think.

Very nice - looks like it will be sweet from the ingredients but the Campari and lemon juice balances it out nicely
